You will receive an approximate 26 page report.  The report will have a summary page that will highlight  Major concerns, safety issues, and deferred cost items (these are systems that are nearing or have exceeded their normal life expectancy).  The report also contains several “remarks” pages that highlight maintenance issues that the home owner needs to be aware of.
